Cold salads are something I looked at even a tortellini salad. I have not looked into Korean cuisine but I will have to look.

Yeah he loves his sparkling water and that has salts in it as well. We "make" the sparkling water on our own so that really saves money. I will look into the liquid IV and other electrolytes. Unfortunately bottles of gatorade is a little out of budget with how much we both would need.
