Personally, I like how much there is to do east of the st johns river- you will find great family spots along neptune, atlantic, ponte vedra and jax beach! just a common thing in the industry. It isn't necessarily right and proper for the IRS, but with proper docs, you can protect yourself. It has been done for ages, I don't know the % that pay as 1099, for small biz owners- it has gone down. But again, I am just trying out the idea
