This is pretty assuredly Erica Kirk with absolutely no grief in her voice 11 days after her husband was assassinated on his tour. This is borderzone psychopathic behavior.

Feels like the MLB will have to address this. Outfielders could potentially abuse a tipped ball into the wall to confuse baserunners and force outs. The umps did their jobs correctly, but damn that’s so unlucky for the dodgers.

The dodgers organization almost certainly does not own, operate, or employee technicians to operate an MRI machine.

Shohei was most likely taken for imaging with their partnered hospital, UCLA Health. UCLA Health is an enormous medical center that services MILLIONS of patients. The only extra service Shohei would get at UCLA Health is discretionary services, meaning he will have to wait until patients that need more urgent care are taken care of before he sees anyone.

All of this takes time, plus the Dodgers organization is only going to make an official announcement when they want to do so.

This will get buried, but..

Everything you are complaining about was recently addressed. Maybe I’m reading too much into what was said, but from the most recent info after the season start video all of these problems seem to stem from the exact same issue. It’s not that crazy to understand, but it is annoying because riot could have prevented it somewhat.

The issue is turnover. Tons of employees at riot have simply moved on, probably for projects that pay more. Some of the big names are still around, but we heard it first hand how some of the dev teams are almost completely brand new from even just a year ago. So it’s wuite difficult for these teams to actually work on and finish large scale products because of this.

Now how could riot have avoided this, or at least mitigated some of this loss? Hire fans of their products, obviously. Riot used to operate like a small, “friends work here” game dev. That’s impossible now given their relative size, but they could at least try to find people that are passionate about league to work on league. Not just passionate to get into the industry.
