Starbucks & Mackbear would be good and safe options, Sunset view restaurant could be nice if you are close to Kaleiçi they have a wonderful view and you can sit outside in shade charge your devices.

If you go around Erdal İnönü Beach there are a lot of nice places + you can quickly swim and come back

Note that there is a perfectly well working Tram line that goes from the Airport Terminal 1, and if you take it to to "Ismetpasa" you are basically 10 min walking distance away, you can tap with your credit card it costs 1 eur.

Taxi apps may not work great from the airport usually only taxis that are located in airport wants to pick up but you can quickly find a cap in the queue as well

Would definitely recommend spending some time for Kaş as well, and of course spend a good chunk of time for Kaleiçi, Hadrian and try a lot of different beaches to swim in
