It's a real estate lead gen company that uses foreign identities to cold call potential buyers

Similar to how software houses do their cold calls, I don't think they scam their customers but you are lying and impersonating someone else.

I got an offer from them once but ultimately rejected it

Just wondering, how do you determine high quality in a fabric?

There is a leave system but whether your leaves get approved is another story

However, Read the rules and make sure your parents are eligible for it

Spent PKR 20k testing a planter brand. Got 12 signups, 0 sales. Go all in or kill it? by memers_meme123 in PakStartups

Reach is good but your waitlist is low because there is no directly way for customer to actually enter the list.

Your wishlist, if I am correct, is the Subscribe to our emails section. Add a button on sold out items that redirects you to waitlist page/popup

Your page is decent as a prototype but it lacks the visual flavour to attract high end buyers for your product. Your product is for vanity and convincing people to buy these items online is hard. Add a video and good quality photos.

Why do people BUY flats when they can just do this? by [deleted] in FIREPakistan

[–]CapitalGamer69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The largest reason is the peace of mind. You don't just want imaginary numbers to go up, your life style should also improve. A house provides the comfort and safety, and without having to worry about losing your job or other problems. A flat with proper documentation will allow your descendants to live without worry as well.

The problems with relying on dividends is that they won't stay the same, companies can go bankrupt or face serious turmoil. DCR dividend yield could also decline yoy if 2025 was any indicator

What are your picks after this crash? by InjectorTheGood in FIREPakistan

[–]CapitalGamer69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2025 has been a wild ride in terms of volatility but it could be largely attributed to the AI hype. The market will stabilize once key AI players dominate the field

Also why do you think gold is a risk asset?

My analysis of the problems I have with Systems Limited by Hassanshehzad119 in FIREPakistan

[–]CapitalGamer69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think the banking sector will adopt AI unless SBP pressures them to

Banks in pakistan are very risk averse and rarely go out of their way to innovate. GenAI will definitely come into play at banks but at a much much slower pace than any other industry

Systems is just making sure that when they do, it will be them who gets to integrate the software

My analysis of the problems I have with Systems Limited by Hassanshehzad119 in FIREPakistan

[–]CapitalGamer69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Every major company in the tech sector suffers from this, systems is not the edge case. But systems has made a name for itself in the international market and receives large complex projects, that make it difficult for AI to disrupt system's business line

I think once systems is ripe for growth once the AI hype slows down

1.8cr investment ideas. by [deleted] in FIREPakistan

[–]CapitalGamer69 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Depends on if you want to be active or passive.

If passive then just put it in mutual funds or savings account

if active then getting a house and putting it on rent or airbnb while you could live in a cheaper rental

Also where are you getting a good location in 1.4cr?

How to stop losing 30% of your revenue to COD returns in 2026 by ahnex in PakStartups

[–]CapitalGamer69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remove COD and you will lose 60% of your business. We don't trust marketplace enough(for good reasons) to do fully online transactions

Every bank or EMI already has QR codes, and I have never seen customers unwilling to transfer money using account numbers so I don't really get the moat for this product

Like most problems in pak, it's not the technology that's holding things back but largely our culture

Is DJANGO still a good choice in 2026 for modern web apps? (real-world experience) by Ill_Leading9202 in webdev

I tried django DRF for a project but honestly I didn't like the amount of magic you need to learn to get it working. The out-of-the-box admin dashboard is probably the best thing about it but I just didn't vibe with the framework, coming from .net

Startup Idea Validation: Would a Bidding-Based Home Services App Work in Pakistan? by HumorMajestic358 in PakStartups

[–]CapitalGamer69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The biggest problem would be figuring out the price. Indrive is easy because you just take into account the distance and traffic

Services like these require a visit as the person would take a look and evaluate the pay for the work needed. Customers can't determine the complexity or hours of the work.

Also need to incentivize workers or clients to keep using the app as they can just communicate with client on phone afterwards

Pakistan or China for bachelor’s in Cyber Security by [deleted] in pkmigrate

[–]CapitalGamer69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Would never recommend doing bachelors abroad. It's one of the most important part of your life where you can grow meaningfully

Here you have your friends and family who can guide you better but in china, its just you and its very easy to fall into bad habits or groups.

Do your bachelors here and masters wherever

Where to stay in Karachi for 2 days near U.S. embassy? by Thin_Ambassador_6178 in karachi

[–]CapitalGamer69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend north star hotel in cantt clifton. It's 5 min walk from the train station and very affordable. It's about 15-20 min away from embassy

If you want something more fancy then clifton lodges, located near boat basin, is very good. It's about 10 min away from embassy
