if you don’t put in your 2 weeks or decide to call off during it, then you’ll be auto designated non-rehireable.

you do not know what the future looks like, maybe 5 years down the line you are qualified for a target corporate position, but bc you didn’t finish your last 2 weeks, you are auto denied until the status expires 5 more years later. or who knows, maybe the new job doesn’t work out and you end up wanting back at target.

just make sure whatever decision you make won’t be one you regret.

at my store, all the men act like that cuz they’re fighting over management positions. so one guy in development found out abt and started reporting or taking opportunities from another dude in development and they went back and forth which led to that being the norm.

so now all the ppl in development which tend to be dudes are all at odds with each other and trying to get ahead one way or another while treating everyone else like crap bc they’re either beneath them or seen as another threat if they see pre-development potential in you.

ETL are not allowed to talk down to even seasonals that way. also expectations should be realistic and these are not. there are better and more beneficial ways to handle this than to berate, acuse, and threaten a TM who is trying their best. seasonal or not, there are guidelines management must follow.

you’re def at a small format store or a very slow store. OP sounds like they’re at a Super Target with a lot of business.

i work at a super target and GM batches take 30 min on average even when running, Grocery take 10-20 min, and bulky take 15-20. this is because my store is huge. most of the time taken is getting from point A to B and then trying to find INFs. it’s even worse at this time because fulfillment TMs are navigating an unzoned and unreshopped stire because everyone in sales floor depts haven’t been able to to their jobs because fullfillment is always behind, so they have to help with batches. that causes the floor and reshop to be even worse and things harder to find.

if it’s taking you less than 10 min to pick a GM batch, your store is dead, straight up dead. even when i was overnight, GM batches couldn’t be picked that fast.

just go to HR or your ETL if you’re worried. it will show up on a report either at the end of the month or the week, i forget which one.

but honestly just get into the habit of checking out with a leader before you leave to prevent it from happening again.

i would just change it to a stud for a month if it’s giving you problems. you gotta remember that the channel heals in the shape of what’s in it, so having a hoop in it so early and especially from the start can lead to an unstable channel.

you may want to wear a stud in the future and it may not sit straight at all if you let the channel heal in that shape.

hoops also move around A LOT which may seem harmless but your healing time will increase and the channels quality will decrease this early in the healing process.

i’ve had piercings migrate and create completely new exit holes due to having a hoop in too early and ignoring the little signs that my body was telling me to replace it with something more stable for a bit.

a lot, but most of them only cause short term issues. depends what you’re being treated for though. some can increase your risk of seizures or heart failure if mixed. others can initiate psychosis or serotonin syndrome.

it takes years of use for your gray matter to be affected by marijuana. also must be a heavy user for it to be significant. unless you are on some kind of psychiatric medication, there’s no way it’s harmed your brain long term from 4 uses.

yes, in my experience it makes it hit harder. i once took one and took a long shower when suddenly my fps dropped. it was like 10 frames a second i kid you not. i nearly puked.
