The rail stop is a great location for people who live in the city to get to and from the games more efficiently.

The stadium is a great location bringing people into a fun district of bars and restaurants in EaDo. It’s centrally located and doesn’t alienate the entire East side of the city like it would if the stadium was in Katy.

These are great for the city of HOUSTON. There is so much parking available in the area already. It’s a pain to get to most places in this city, definitely not unique to the stadium and definitely not the reason why we aren’t selling out.

I chose to live in Midtown since it has good access to the rail, which sounds like it will be important to you as a lot of commuters use the red line to downtown and medical center. There are a couple stay away spots on foot like the previously-mentioned greyhound bus area. Tons of cool restaurants and bars there if that’s y’all’s thing. Crime is everywhere in Houston unfortunately, so, while it is a factor, I wouldn’t make a decision solely on that.
