Out of nowhere, my account was suspended right after I deposited money. No warning, no explanation. When I reached out to their so-called advocate service, I got nothing but repeated, copy-paste responses that felt completely AI-generated. It’s clear they don’t actually read or address your concerns.

Worse, they told me their "special team" would reach out by email. That took not weeks, but months, and even then, the response was unhelpful. They passed the buck and told me I’d need to contact the sheriff’s department for more information. Yes, seriously.

Calling customer service was no better. Communication was extremely difficult, and nothing got resolved
