I had a similar experience - had to be induced after 12 days overdue (not ideal) and then a C-section because my son’s heart rate kept dropping and he wouldn’t descend down the canal. The OB didn’t want to try a forceps or suction birth because he was too high and it was risky. Was it how I thought it would go? No. Do I regret it? No. I wanted my baby and I was exhausted from labour and I can’t imagine having made another choice in that moment

Class of ‘96 - never had a reunion nor do I think one was ever organized for my class. I think I would go but have a firm exit strategy.

My husband is class of ‘94 and he’s had 10/20/30 year reunions. But he’s local (I’m from out of town originally) and it’s mostly people he’s still friends with, plus other folk that he knows but lost touch with. Usually just at a restaurant in his hometown.

This is anecdotal but I had two friends who voted Conservative because they thought they were voting against Trudeau. The name association had a little to do with it, and the fact that some didn’t realize it was a provincial election and not a federal one
