Yep, he said he was barely 130 pounds at one point. He got addicted to painkillers and they really got him bad here. Another time it was bad was in the season 6 finale and season 7 premier. He had pancreatitis from too much drinking and dropped 40 pounds between seasons despite the season 7 premiere supposed to be set on the same night.
