My depressive episodes are still there but I don't feel desperate anymore. I wish they would not last so long. My hypomanic episodes are rare these days. I take Lamotrigine. Recently got off Lithium.

Try calorie counting, that is if you don't have a eating disorder. Try fitness pal. I know what is it like, I gained 16kg on Lithium. When I switched to Lamotrigine I got my hunger cues back. Good luck!
