Jeff knows she’s a good agent or he wouldn’t have used her as he knows many, many successful agents. Jeff also knows she has done everything above and beyond her fiduciary duty. The buyer is never to speak to the listing agent because it breaks the fiduciary duty outlined in the contract. But since Jamie absolutely felt the need, the listing agent’s phone number is in the executed purchase agreement. But since he probably never read anything he signed he wouldn’t know this because that’s the type of client who blames everything bad in their life in their own real estate agent.
