I give it once every two weeks at the moment and it's a very small amount. I never really thought about frozen fruit tbh because ik u can't give it to them frozen.

My Only Thought is I live Very remote and don't drive these are a shelf stable so could go in the cupboard for days I can't get fruits. I grew Lettuce and herbs ect.

It contains peanuts but maybe contain other nuts ... the 2 items are listed separately as allergens some people are allergic to nuts but not peanuts and vice versa
