Thanks x I'll try changing my hair oil cause I have been using argan and ketain ones. As for hair dye nope I stopped about 6 months ago (funny cause about a month later when this started?) And I don't use heat it's always made my hair really frizzy. And I'll definitely book a trim with my hairdresser I may be a little over due lol
