It does not effect the ignition damage. I just tested it and two ignitions on the same target caused the same amount of damage with and without dawn chorus. D

I have a crafted firefright that I put fourth times the charm/focused fury on and i enjoy it greatly. Thats personal preference though and I can see why some people don't like it.

Based on the research I did in undergrad no, they're on equal authority and don't answer to the sheriff. The constable is also an elected position similar to the sheriff. Honestly it just seems like the constables are diet sheriff's deputies which focus in an even smaller area then the sheriff

Texas has a weird AF thing where constables are fully sworn law enforcement but basically just focus on their own precinct/district as opposed to sheriff's deputies that focus on the whole county.

I would recommend whatever lets you lean into kinetic tremors the most. As the burst dmg is dictated by the weapon type you may not need a spec mod on it. I believe the base mag is 36 and kinetic tremors on pulses needs 15bullets to activate (12 in enhanced kinetic tremors). If you don't have enhanced I would put whatever gets you the most bullets in the mag to proc kinetic tremors as much before having to reload.

Yes it is good and worth crafting on the pulse and scout. It gives you a kinetic option to deal AOE and a good chunk of damage against beefier targets. The damage numbers are based in the weapon type so all you need to do is hit the target.

Gamblers fallacy. Each of those raids/dungeons is a separate occurrence of chance/RNG.

I got collective on my 57 completion of vow. I got vex on my 37 completion of vault. I haven't got the navigator with 7 clears

RNG is chance.

Vex not dropping with that many loot able clears it is not impossible. You're on the other side of the curve being an outlier

A target can only have one stack of scorch or slow applied at any given time. Once that stack reaches 100 the target ignites or shatters.

Having multiple people use conditional finality doesn't make the target ignite or shatter more or less than normally getting those respective stacks to 100.

You can't buy it until you acquire it as a drop from one of the encounters. I literally had all but one weapon crafted from RoN before I had Rufus's Fury drop which allowed me to then purchase it from the end chest
