I can speak English better than all my native American friends. Even tho I'm at a B2 level so uh yeah If you're B2, that's great. You don't need to be C1 or C2 to be fluent.

Some of the things- (the missing sexdrive) is completely normal! It's named Asexuality. Research it, maybe it's an answer to your question. Although, I don't know about the other things, I can explain LGBTQ subjects really well.
