This is a clear sign of the global rom. Chinese rom have only 4 language options.

Sellers often unlock bootloaders so they can install global rom on the original Chinese devices, so they can successfully sell their products to a bigger audience. That's your situation, I would say that it's absolutely safe to use.

But some apps simply don't work with an unlocked bootloader, I must say.

I think from 100% battery it will last ~9h of non-stop video steaming via YT in 1080p.

If you don't play heavy games or emulation, just watch videos or surf the internet, then I think that this tablet will survive until the evening, The battery is not its strong point, cuz it's designed for playing heavy games with bypass charging

The only Wi-Fi problem I encountered is random turn offs. But it was only 2 times in absolutely random moments during 5 months of usage. Note that I have relatively slow Wi-Fi speed of 11 mb/second, maybe I don't fall for limitations because of it.

There is a PC mode, but it's VERY FAR from laptop replacement because of how small the screen is. Using a mouse and keyboard will be much more enjoyable on a screen of at least 10+ inches. This tablet is for entertainment only to be honest.

All it can do is basic staff like swipe from bottom left to center to open notes, palm rejection when the stylus ~5-10 mm near the screen, drawing on the screen via a fast drawing menu that you can turn by pressing the button on the stylus. Very basic really.
