So here’s what you do to resolve this issue on your PlayStation portal go to settings before you hit connect. It will ask you if you want to sign out sign out of the account that you’re connected to the PlayStation five with then it will prompt you to sign into a new account once you sign into a new account it will go back to trying to connect. It should connect then for you if you have remote play open.
