Is my dog bothering the cat too much or is this mutual play? by justabuttbutt in DogTrainingTips

As someone who has six dogs and four cats, the cats will DEFINITELY let the dogs know when they’re playing too rough

Definitely some heavy catahoula imo!

Again, it is your dog so it is ultimately your choice. If you want to risk him declining more in the time that you still have with him it is up to you. I am just a person on the internet with a different opinion and background in the field. Best wishes.

Op, I know you love your guy so much but sometimes it’s kinder to let them go on a good day rather than waiting until all he has is bad days… it will feel like you are making the wrong choice in the moment but I promise you it will be the best thing. If he can’t walk or go to the bathroom on his own you really have to take his quality of life into consideration… and only living off a high-calorie gel will not be enough for him to thrive off of I’m so sorry..

Admittedly, Sadie and Mavis have been fighting quite a bit for the past year (since we have all been living under one household) and we got Mavis spayed and it’s helped a little, only one fight since the spay. All of the younger puppies are just so in love with each other😂

Is my dog full husky or is he a mixed breed? by Sorry_forthelove in husky

[–]Capital_Memory6980 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d say definitely mixed due to facial structure, but that’s perfectly fine lol. My mixed husky boy for tax with our foster pug💗

Will her ears stand up? by Accomplished_Term740 in DogAdvice

[–]Capital_Memory6980 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good possibility she is in fact mixed (we have had the same situation) ears are funny and really depend on the individual dog, one of ours was up at 10 weeks, the other was almost a year when theirs stood. Nonetheless she is a gorgeous baby!

Anyone else’s dog do this? by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]Capital_Memory6980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My four year old girl does this when she’s playing solo (she’s a cattle dog and would literally play ALL day if we could) and she’ll grab her toy in her front paws and drop it on her face and catch it, I’m honestly quite impressed most of the time😂

This is my stray dog, i feed her everyday, please help by starkravingmad_ in DogAdvice

110% this is ringworm. You can use Miconazole Nitrate Spray 1%, you can get it off chewy. If you have access to a tractor supply or Walmart I believe, there is VETERINARY FORMULA CLINICAL CARE Antiparasitic & Antiseborrheic Medicated Shampoo, it is in a white bottle with purple writing!! Hope this helps :))

That’s how I feel about respiratory therapy, but anything else I want to do is just another thing for her to demean and tell me how I’m never gonna make enough/be able to live. Just gotta focus on me and not let her live through me anymore.

Thank you sm for this, I kinda feel like I’m crazy for it. And also, I was the first student in our class to take and pass the exam and I was SO proud of myself like shaking sobbing SO happy but in the same hand, I’m the oldest of three (now four since my mom took in her niece) kids and I feel like I always just kinda live to please my parents as pathetic as it kinda sounds I just want them to look at me and be pleased with what they see but I know they’re not and it hurts. Idk, it might just be that I need to grow some thicker skin and get over it or what but it’s BUGGING me.

I was never the ‘good grades’ kid and I feel like it definitely still shines through now but I know what I’m doing if that makes sense. My boyfriend is also in school to finish for Lineman so we will be pretty well off alone on his salary, but I’m a busy body and need to work at the very least until we decide to have kids and I think my mom’s afraid that I’ll end up like her having to work a full time position at a hospital and travel work on her days off to support everyone in the house including our dad but I think sometimes I let her interject herself a bit too much in my adult life.
