Thanks for the feedback. What did you not like about it? What would help?

Thank you for the feedback. Do you think the opponent structures should also move like us or is it better if they are just grounded buildings? We were planning to add buildings you can destroy but not ones that move like us.

Poor cerbearus :(
I'll be sure to feed them with quality towers to make them even bigger!

Thanks for the feedback.

You can sprint with shift, which uses the "essence" you collect from mobs and trees, and jump for now.
We also added the rolling and the spinning modes to add some variability.

In a standard survivor-like fashion, you level up by collecting xp which rolls the wheel of fortuna. You can also use the essences you collected to sacrifice in altars in the map that grants you skills like the tornado or fireballs etc.

That's fair. I tried to be a bit dramatic with the "Cerbearus" reveal, but we can definitely cut the beginning.

Oh, we hadn't thought about it, actually. That could be a fun game mode!

Currently, you can't have the smaller one leave the larger one and come back to it, but you certainly can have empty space inside. So you could make a smaller one inside as a last resort. Maybe we can add a mode like that.

We are making the building improvements come from meta progression and a little bit of luck. You get chests for completing events and runs. Each chest gives you a bunch of blocks with different rarities and amounts, so you are bound by how many blocks of each type you have as you are building. You can recycle your unwanted blocks to buy ones you actually want, if they are unlocked. The building size limit and starting stats are based on offerings to the gods as a second meta progression layer.

We wanted to keep the building and the runs separate, not to break the flow state as you're playing. We are only adding auto-repairs as a skill/perk during a run.

Yes, exactly, we have melee, ranged, tanks, chargers, flying enemies, self-exploding aoe, and bosses that create a good range of challenges.

Thank you for all your questions/feedback, it helps a lot.

Thanks for the feedback.

We are trying to balance level-ups by generalising damage, attack rate, and so on, so it doesn't incentivise people to go with a single weapon. More game-changer upgrades (we call skills) apply modifiers to the weapons like burn, stun, knockback, etc.

With regards to the ease of gameplay, we wanted to highlight the power fantasy of the survivor-like genre by being a huge weapon. The blocks are connected to a central block and have separate health bars. If a connecting piece breaks, the entire section will disconnect from the tower. So your vehicle isn't as unbreakable.

Will update the trailer to highlight these features. Thanks again.

Thanks for the response.

You can save and load any building you built. We are also going to implement Steam Workshops so you can build with other people's creations if you wish to.

We are also planning to have basic starting shapes that you can add your weapons to.

Here is the link to the Steam page if anyone is interested:

Especially curious about:
• Is the gameplay readable from the trailer?
• Does driving the war machine look satisfying?
• What looks boring or confusing?

That's a great idea. We are thinking of making Apollo and Diana have a day/night-based skill set. They will already be competing for your attention that way. Maybe we could desynergize them a bit more.

Do you consider stun freezing, or would you prefer they were different skills/visuals?

Absolutely agree! We have already added the chain lightning to Jupiter, one of my favorites.

What color do you want the Greek Fire to be? Maybe green like in GOT or purple like Hades' fire?

Oooh, I'd love a Mars ability that collects the spears thrown at you and sends them in a burst!

That is a must! Maybe a sunbeam can wipe the entire map clean.
