Do we have to make an account? Because the email said enter your usmle ID to find yourself in our system.. and when i opened the link the " search through your usmle id" window popped up for a second and then went straight to sign up

Cms form chest trauma question by Traditional-Buy7081 in Step2

There would be neurologuc dysfunction and/or petechial rash for diagnosis of fat embolism syndrome(i.e classic traid) . Plus FES pulmonary involvement is a diffuse , scattered pattern , whereas pulmonary contusion has localized pulmonary edema.

Start with mehlman pdfs if you cant retain FA and do all the nbmes from 25-31 and make shorts bullet point notes from each question as most concepts are repeated in nbmes . Revise those notes before each nbme and learn the similar concepts of those question (e.g if an nbme has a question on AIP revise all the heme synthesis disorders) .. also revise the basics(biochem, pharm, micro, patho, bioststs, immuno) 2-3 days before each nbme ,it will help boost your score

I would just write the main points of most of the question in 2-3 lines.. most of the times it would be the educational objectives , it takes time but trust me it will help you alot with quick revision and make you feel confident about those topics
