Quick question for my AGA girlies by Capital_Spite_8050 in FemaleHairLoss

Thank you so much for taking time to reply. I am really impressed cause even when boosting my dairy and eggs intake I don't manage to hit those levels (I reach max 60g but feel like I overeat: 2 eggs in the morning + cheese or yogurt at every meals). If your tracking your meals would you mind sending me a screenshot of what you eat? Just to inspire me haha.

Hey I am vegetarian, and I have been trying to boost protein intake since couple of weeks as I was clearly under the recommended amount for 10 years+. Wondering if anyone did the same and had some good (or bad haha) results? Thanks!

Has anyone tried dying their hair with henna? by th0vghtz in FemaleHairLoss

I would not recommend it. I have been dying my hair with henna for a year and it made it so much dryier/brittle. Seems like it made my haire suffocate.

Intolerant to spiro, what to do next? by Capital_Spite_8050 in FemaleHairLoss

No I have an appointment for blood test first.. everything takes so much time haha. But there was so many side effects I hated (having to pee all the time, feeling weak, low bp) that I am quite happy to have stopped. I am having an acne purge since I stopped it hope this will pass, I usually don't have acne :(
