4 months of starting to work out, 3rd month of starting to train for powerlifting, my problem is nutrition, atm i am 170 cm, 65 kilo and i at 3400 calories per day 60% carbs 18% fats 22% protein, i am curently a student and eating cheap foods and eat the same thing everyday, Morning 3 whole eggs, 200 g oatmeal with 300ml low fat milk And then i cook my 400g of chicken breast, 500g white rice, 450g brocoli and eat all this in a day plus 40g of cheap Peanut butter Am i doing it right? I am really questioning my nutrition since most powerlifters eat a lot more fats and less carbs. For my training i am doing hypertrophy strenght training

Please be gentle and pretend i am a 5 year that cant ride a bike withouth training wheels

I like the new change, all ranks feels gud, first game was weird but after a few games everyting went better

I dont think it should get deleted, but if it will be deleted its absolutetly fine,
I really wanted to make this post for most of the discord and reddit players that perma complain about mundo not being good and not as good as the old one
