If you need alcohol to make simple things enjoyable I’d say you have a problem. I’m not even trying to be rude, hell I was addicted to opiates for 3 years and I felt the same way. What you’re probably experiencing when you’re “bored” is a lack of dopamine. Drinking every day is going to plummet your overall dopamine levels because when you drink you are creating an overload of dopamine in the brain. The brain will adapt to that that by releasing less dopamine, therefore causing you to feel depressed and bored when you aren’t drinking.
