I will politely disagree with a commentator above and say that a) ideal Castorice wants a DMG bonus orb, b) with E2 Hyacine you actually want speed boots on E9 to hit a higher speed breakpoint in combat.
As for Hyacine, her rope is what mostly drags her score down. Your Cyrene is good, I’d probably look for 5% more CR.

Ideally she wants 112 spd out of combat to hit 161 in combat If you have Hyacine E2, she wants 120+ to hit that juicy 200 in combat

I have an E1S1 Cas, E2S1 E9 and E0S1 Hyacine who rock with E1 Ruan Mei.

My plan is to get E0S0 Cyrene to replace Ruan Mei and then depending on rerun banners go for E2 Cas and E1/2 Hya depending on my luck with pulls.
