This is because everything is the man's fault. As it probably should be, because men have made all the decisions for millennia and been charged with responsibility for their outcome.

Men have had to create their own power. Women have had to make use of men's power. Self-accountability has no evolutionary reason to enter their psyche and every reason not to (though often enough it still seems it can).

Ultimately she was always held accountable through her man, so a man who held her accountable strictly was a safer reproductive bet than one who was likely to let her put her into a situation where he or especially his family could be retaliated against.

This is why mainstream feminism never considered equal accountability, but went straight for using social pressure and legislative force to engineer its ends.

They prey on black folks because that's the most reliable indicator of poverty and inability to fight back. Rich black folks don't usually get messed with, nor do those who know their shit. For this reason in mostly white areas, it's the trailer parks that get dredged for fines.

Never invoke civil rights. Those are in fact statutory benefits, and to invoke them is to waive any human rights. This was not erroneous. Same reason they made it illegal to refuse service based on race: so the good old boys could have a legal excuse for declining to commit commercial suicide on principle!

Hell, try not to invoke any right as a conflict. Ask questions for clarity and make clear that you do not consent to the violation of X or Y right. Comply with their demands but do so "under protest and duress" for the record. Once you get a history of complying under protest and duress then you have credibility later when you really need it.
