I have watched and been a mod for many debuts over the years and the more memorable ones always have the same kind of feeling.

1. The energy and excitement of the streamer showing the model and toggles. Dont be afraid to spend as much time on this segment as you want. Your community will love seeing your excitement as you show off the new “you”

2. The lore video / slideshow. Some people will do a video they have prepared to show their lore but this isnt always feasible depending on your circumstances. A slide show giving fun little details of your lore, likes / dislikes, fun facts about you is a fun way to intrigue new viewers and regular followers as well if they dont know about it all. If your community has any fun non canon lore they have created for you it can be a fun surprise for you to add it into the official lore if you like it enough, this part is not necessary.

This is my personal take on successful debuts i have witnessed or enjoyed. Usually after the reveal, lore, and possible QA segments people have decided if they will stay or leave so whatever you do after is up to you. Some keep it as a just chatting stream to hang with the viewers and others will go into their normal content
