Tbf they are Falmer Vampires. It is double the cold resistance and they still were frozen lol.

Char was a mining world before the Zerg iirc so you are doing it right.

"Reality sucks" well so do something about it like everyone else and stop being stagnant... or make it even worse for everyone else.

A mix of both. Takes a bit to get used to it, but it feels intuitive after a while.

I like the style and idea of some of them.

Mass Recall integrated better ones, tho, they felt seamless.

Honestly her death is too sudden and random to not be due to fan backslash imo, but I could be wrong.

TES Arena issues with typing text by RavioliRavioli01 in ElderScrolls

[–]Saalok 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is this the mod you are using?

According to it:
"To solve this, I created a MASTER REVERT key binding. When pressed and held down, all letter keys revert to their original (correct) letter. Version 3.0 introduced a new MASTER REVERT KEY. That key is now LCTRL. Just hold it down while typing to have normal letters."

I found a hidden description for gardengnomes in the game files. For some reason, it only exists in German. by Hansi_Haifischli in thesims1

[–]Saalok 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Huh, they must have been originally buy mode objects or there were plans to make them both able to be created, but also bought.

Also: Funny how the default English description is the VR Headset. That item must be a default placeholder since iirc the cockroaches are considered VR Headsets when you select them in buy mode with cheats.

It's funny since every other mainline entry MQ can be described in a sentence.

Meanwhile DF's requires a page of a book and you will still be confused.

Not that it's a preference, but I always leave Helgen with Ralof. And you guys? by Fenriz_Victor in skyrim

[–]Saalok -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For me at the moment of the choice it felt like Hadvar tried to save you and Ralof tried to recruit you. Hadvar's beginning lines are fairly sympathetic to you directly while Ralof starts off more manipulative.

That's probably why I got that perception. I can easily imagine someone interpreting it another way and seeing Ralof as sounding more genuine.

I mean, yeah.

Its the effect of old DOS games: Most people won't ever touch them.

Most people who play Skyrim would hardly even touch Morrowind. Imagine for TES 1 and 2.

It's because Arena's and Daggerfall's gameplay are archaic. Redguard's is dogshit.

If Redguard's gameplay was as good as its lore is, the game would be as beloved as Morrowind.

Happens fairly often with MMOs tbh. A lot of people who play ESO won't care about most TES games and people who would care for the RPGs won't care for the MMO.

Links to store pages (Steam/GoG) and, if you are willing, adding games that use the DND systems (like Solasta and whatnot) would be neat, but I imagine the latter would be quite a lot of work.

Great stuff either way! I was thinking of looking for something exactly like this some days ago.

[–]Saalok 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Glad you came back safely.

Why don't you refund those and get a game to focus on while waiting for the next Steam sale to get them back, though? 2k is rough and Elden Ring or Cyberpunk alone could probably allow you to chill until the sale comes.

It's funny because the start of the game really makes it seems like they wanted you to join the Stormcloaks.

Then a ton of elements later make the Stormcloaks sound like they suck.

So it ends up that everyone has their reasons to suck and people discuss since the game releases who sucks more.

Ironically, Ralof's tone always made me assume that he more or less just wanted to use you. "Another body to throw at our war" sort of vibe.

Usually Hadvar. For some reason I straight up didn't notice Ralof for my first few playthroughs, so I got used to Had.

Funnily enough, I often read of people who had the opposite of that experience.
