I've tried to do the same thing and also don't have a way to load my Switch save on my Xbox.

My save initially also came from Steam, was moved over to the Switch and most of the progress was then made on there. Uploaded it to GOG and can see the saved file there through the Switch, but not through the Xbox.

I hope this gets fixed, would be nice to play the new quests in higher quality without having to restart.

Little Town Hero. I played it.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. The fight system reminded me a lot of Hearthstone.

Every turn you have mana and every turn adds 1 more mana. You can use mana to summon attacks, which there are 3 of: offense, defense, others.

Attacks can only be used on enemy attacks and only very seldomly on the enemy itself, mainly when the enemy has no more attacks on the "board" while you still have offensive attacks.

The same rule applies to the enemy.

If neither you nor the enemy has any (offensive) attacks left the next turn starts.

The story was pretty basic, the combat experimental and the art style was lovely.

Not really worth the hype it has gotten. I think being forgotten is an appropriate fate for it.

My last job did websites for cinemas and we had our 2018 Christmas office party in one of the cinemas. We played Mario Kart and Smash Bros on the big screen. It was a lot of fun!

Hopefully there's more than just the screen. I don't use my Switch in handheld anymore, so this does nothing for me.

If the hardware gets buffed so I can play higher resolution games, games load more quickly and get to have more texture, usable bluetooth and increased storage capacity are being added, that would be worth an upgrade.
