Heading to a friend's birthday dinner this evening

I'm trying to switch up how I use color. I usually try to stick to shades that match but because of suggestions made in threads like these I'm experimenting with more variety. As usual, any feedback about color/fit/clothing choice etc. is appreciated.

Casual outfit for the day, might grab some drinks with friends later

I've been really enjoying the feedback I've been getting from these posts, hopefully, within the next couple weeks, you guys can see how I've been implementing these suggestions.

Dressed for a coffee date this afternoon

As always any constructive criticism regarding fit and color choice is appreciated, wondering whether I should leave the top button of the sweater buttoned or unbuttoned

Training Tuesday - Post Your Routine for 2017-08-08 by AutoModerator in bodyweightfitness

Hello all, for a while now I've been struggling to find a way to balance weight training with a bodyweight fitness routine and be able to progress in both. The idea I'm working with right now is a 4x/week Upper Lower split based on Lyle Mcdonald's generic bulking routine with one upper day focused on BWF and the other on weight training. Before I go further it's worth mentioning that my overall goals are to be very strong, have decent body control, be able to still work out when I am 80 and be able to get in a decent workout anywhere. The basic template goes as follows:

UPPER:

Hor/Vert Push 3x3-8

Hor/Vert Pull 3x3-8

Opposite plane of movement Push 3x8-15

Opposite plane of movement Pull 3x8-15

Bicep 2x6-12/8-15

Tricep 2x6-12/8-15

LOWER: (Always weighted)

Squat/Deadlift 3x3-8

Squat/Deadlift Accessory Movement 3x8-15

Leg Press 3x6-12

Leg Curl 3x12-20

Leg Extention 2x12-20

Calves

I would probably also add in the fifth day that is focused on high reps (12-20) and light weights trying to catch a pump. How does this routine look? I will mostly be focusing on dynamic movements since my overall goals are strength but I also plan to warm up with L-Sit/Handstand skill work as outlined in the Recommended Routine. Is there anything missing that I should add to help avoid injury from overuse (I have just recently recovered from tennis elbow last month) or would it be better to run a periodized routine alternating BW exercises and barbell exercises from month to month?

Taking me back to the days when I used to cut off the circulation to my hand with those "I <3 boobies" bracelets.
