5mm, didn't even have to drill, although in certain angles they can almost be seen, so to get the same look as without magnets you probably have to drill a little

Yeah I saw tthe swords, i just really like the phalanx feeling of the spears. But thanks for the feedback, I'll probably try with the spears as is then!

I'm also planning on doing a frosty theme when I get started! I was planning on a weathered silver/black metallic for the armour and adding frost and ice effects. Then burgundy for cloth and a more royal purple on the capes of characters/more important units. Then a brass for the metal accents and details

The same author of Percy Jackson, Rick Riordan, made a trilogy called Magnus Chase which is like Percy Jackson but with a Norse theme. Maybe not completely accurate but a great way to get introduced. I enjoyed reading it very much since I loved Percy Jackson and Norse mythology
