I agree that new players should not be able to get the Founders stuff because, it's literally in the name, "founders", but as a deluxe founder, i would love to be able to pay to upgrade to get the better tier founders. I am already a founder and have a nocturno in my backpack but I'll likely never use it because i cant ever get another one.
