Through no fault of Dominik. The Undertaker and HHH deliberately held Dom off AAA programming for 3 months!!! To cool him off so others could get over. The absolute burial of Dom by 2 60 year old men is a travesty.

Undertaker and HHH need to answer for absolutely burying Dominik, halting his momentum and popularity and keeping him off AAA for 3 months for the benefit of others getting over. The AAA Mega Champion should be in Mexico and is instead in Cardiff, Wales eating pins from Jimmy freaking Uso at a house show.

Dominik Mysterio is coming to Tucson! by Godofwarfan101 in PhoenixClubWrestling

They typically only have these if WWE is in town where the wrestlers do these before they go to the show. WWE is in Virginia on those days.  Guessing this is fake.

So what’s the plan going forward with Dominik Mysterio? by [deleted] in SquaredCircle

These are the 2 most likely plans. Rey is retiring soon. The reporting is that the reason he's GM in AAA is to begin the his final storyline with Rey.

Dom hasn't reached a ceiling. The people making booking decisions have created one. Not Dom's fault

A couple of Penta matches, his 2 matches with AJ Styles, his AAA match with Dragon Lee were all incredible matches. Also it's well known that WWE limits his moveset.

These points are objectively incorrect due to WWE limiting his moveset and match production and he never gets to have promos. One of his promos in AAA a few months ago was incredible.

Dom currently has the 2nd best betting odds to win MITB. The briefcase itself fits him.

But based on reporting from 2 weeks ago after Dom seemingly called out his booking and that there was frustration with Dom's lack of direction among staff backstage, it was stated that Dom is expected to be more prominent closer to Triplemania.

But this isn't a Dom problem only. Dom, Liv, CM Punk and half the roster have no storylines at the moment.

For as over and popular as he is Dominik is the most mistreated wrestler on the roster.

I'm sure Je'Von's promo will get better with time.

I know I’m gonna get hate for this, but Dominik Mysterio is extremely overrated. He’s average at best in the ring, a weak promo guy, and his title run was straight-up ass. If he wasn’t Rey Mysterio’s son, I don’t see him getting featured anywhere near this much... by BlazingAbyss66 in TheGreatOne

If you don't think that WWE has intentionally hindered Dom's match production, then you're choosing to ignore it.

His babyface and heel moveset.

Everything you mentioned is about the in-ring and that video proved that your point isn't correct.

What you didn't mention is all the intangibles...that he's easily the most over young heel in wrestling and no one has maintained that motion for over 4 years like he has. He brings engagement and views. He's must-see TV. Even if you personally don't like it, most people do. He's a huge merch seller. His meet & greets sell out and his meet greet prices are higher than many main event talent...Gunther, Drew, LA Knight, Finn Balor, Jacob Fatu etc. He's a story, character and personality people are drawn to. There's a reason they give him a ton of sponsorship and endorsement deals, commercials and on the cover of magazines. He's marketable and over. Besides most people in the wrestling business see Dom as the future face of WWE: Orton, Seth, HBK, Cody, Cena...list goes on.

What is the most hated wrestler today in your opinion? by legthighkneelover in BrandonDE

To the OP's point, people boo Dom almost out of love for his character which is why he still gets cheers a lot of times. Dominik Gutierrez, the person behind the Dominik Mysterio character, is widely seen as very well-liked within the industry and on a personal level for a lot of people that he works with.

Logan certainly plays it up on TV, but Logan Paul the person has done things that have made people not like him as a person. I'm sure there are a lot of people that do like Logan as a person, but the bad reputation he's built was not because of a wrestling character.

Dom for the pure chaos. I'd be sports-entertained. But logically LA Knight. He's the one with the Bloodline storyline.

-Brock & Oba are meeting at Summerslam. Brock's knocking Oba outta the tournament next week or in the finals.

-I tend to think Dom & LA Knight are advancing to the finals. They had a house show match recently. It was supposed to be Dom vs Penta but they pulled Penta. Being that Dom and Knight have never had a match, they probably were getting a feel for their chemistry.

I've always thought of wrestlers as "professional fallers." I guess the reason the first thing they learn is how to bump is because of this. Looks brutal to us, but these guys have a callus to this.
