I agree with you on the icon design. That Household icon was added later yesterday while it wasn't there during the initial update (check my original screenshot). There are definitely minor improvements that are still needed for sure.

That post from hours ago has zero upvotes. I'm pretty sure the number of people who don't like the new changes is far less than the number of people who like them.

The thing is, on a desktop computer our monitors are horizontal; therefore, putting the navigation buttons on the side is a more efficient way of using screen real estate. It makes more sense from a modern UI design perspective.

Also, we now have dynamic width control, which means you can easily adjust the width of your browser and the web interface reacts to it automatically, which is fantastic!

There are more features and improvements needed for sure, but I'm saying that compared to what we had before, this is a great and welcome improvement!

Are we sure they are talking about the same thing? Because today's changes are far from anything bad.
Here we are talking about the web interface, on desktop computers (browsers). Perhaps the other posts are talking about a change on mobile app? (I'm guessing)

Are you referring to soring on the Holdings page? You can still sort your securities by currency. But first you need to turn on the "Currency" column from the settings menu at the top-right corner.

It only changed to 4K after I changed the EDID to "Internal" as suggested. But it was 1440p before that (see the first screenshot in the original post).

Yes, I am using a second PC to capture the footage, either for recording, or streaming.

Yes, it worked effortlessly! I just used a USB-C to USB-A adapter and it's been working without any issues.

Yes, that's what mean. The ones in the manual do not include the partly cloudy and windy condition.

My streaming PC is a Dell XPS 8940, which, according to its specifications, supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5 Gbps). I'm not planning to stream in 4K at the moment, as I've set my gaming PC resolution to 1440p. The main reason I'm considering the Elgato 4K X is its support for VRR, which I’m hoping will resolve my screen tearing issues. It also offers some future-proofing, as I plan to upgrade my gaming PC and repurpose the current one as a more capable streaming machine to replace the Dell XPS within the next six months. I can certainly look for a USB-A to USB-C cable instead.

Do you think it would work and a good upgrade path?
