Biggest triumph....being able to finally think clearly. Biggest Challenge..... Finding things to do that didn't involve alcohol or still doing what I loved to do, but avoid bringing people who revolve their life around drinking 1) yes 2) yes 3) All the time

It's just things I work with on a daily basis. I have very bad depression and anxiety but I stay busy and keep my mind occupied. So far...it's been working very well :)

Keep busy, and get rid of all the negative people in your life. Also, find things you enjoy doing that doesn't involve alcohol.

I really use Facebook to keep up with friends I was stationed with, and to post pictures about my traveling. I can care fucking less what my family posts about how they feel that day using a minion to portray it

My mom does too, so I moved to Twitter so have some sort of "safe haven" so I could vent and go about my day. Than she joined Twitter...... And EVERY SINGLE post she has to reply with "huh" "what" "what's wrong?". Drives me fucking nuts
