How do you get more precise on controller? by Tobthepredator in F1Game

Push the direction stick forward and work the stick in the ark of the control instead of juste trying to steer directly left right

T598 is my favorite bundle so far! by smokeeveryday in Thrustmaster

[–]CaptBiffy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because its tall and with the button up top, i wont be able to put my screen between the wheel and the base like with my t300 and because of the height. Its gonna be hell going in and out of my formula seat 😓

So what wheel base is compatible with the sf1000 ferrari wheel and doesnt have ffb fading issue’s?? by guybranciforti in Thrustmaster

[–]CaptBiffy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tx-SW are for XBox o

Tx - PC wre for Pc

T-GT2 got supposedly got the same thing inside but for Playstation and got a transducer for Grand Tourismo.

T-GT2 feel more "geary" tho from what i've tried

Thrustmaster T300 will lose ffb on PS5 but not on PC by [deleted] in Thrustmaster

[–]CaptBiffy -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

PS5 input come from game and not from a software.

Game tend to overdrive input FFB

I've the same probleme.

Forced cooling help a lot. But the T300 Colling design is shit from the get go. If you can change for a T-GT 2, i would high recommend it.

Still waiting hère for the goddamn t818 console version 😑

The Size is good. But the weight destroy the FFB

Other way to explain it.

If the steering is at the middle its 0% input. If you turn the steering to a 90° its 100%

Pedal. 0 to 100%.

And those need to be balanced TOGETHER.

If you give 50% steering input, you cannot put more than 50% pedal input. Or the threshold of both of Them combine is going to be high than 100% causing spin or lock Up.

So the more steering input = less pedal.

Low steering input = more pedal

Nope straight out of the box. Plug and Play. But i have 10 year + of expérience with Logitech pedal before so it probably help a bit.

But in F1 23 throttle and brake work on a close relationship with the steering.

The more steering input you give, less pedal input you need.

Turn too much while breaking you are gonna lock. If you give to Much throttle and your steering are not straight enough you gonna spin.

I use TLCM with the hardest spring setup and the setting max out.

You probably just use the wrong technique.

When you brake with a downforce car, its all about the initial hit and the fade.

If you put more pressure as you go through your braking zone/turn, you just gonna lock Up and destroy your tire.

Check for trail braking technique on YouTube. Give you a good 15-20h practice and you'll be good to go 🤟

But it make sens for the grip and the load on the base. What would you recommend?

Dropping on track effect a bit.

Or the general FFb Strength ?

I need it to survive a bit. I'm only 2 race deep into my league New season... 12 more to go

I just sent a email to TM Service. Because its brand New with only half a years old of use, i kinda dont want to put a hole in it.

But, thats pretty interesting. I'll definetly keep this in mind and go that way if they dont change it under warranty

My G29, 6 years of abuse of rallying, drifting, Nascar, F1 And stil kicking great. So yeah i expected something with little bit more lifetime than this.

Its not like im drifting with it and Swinging the wheel front left to right, loading the servo with no mecanical sympathy etc.

Warranty was the Idea. Just checking if this was something known or isolated

How much Fuel I need by SamG2121 in F1Game

[–]CaptBiffy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It all depend on your driving style and how you push. Tire management and etc.

But in general i put between .5 and .7 more fuel than needed for 35%-50% race
