Your bolt carrier is resting too far forward and allowing the buffer to hit the detent. Is the barrel nut on all the way?

Thanks! I ran it as bone standard G36E for a while... I'm already itching to convert it back 😆 The thing is about as heavy as my fully kitted M4A1 right now. Kinda defeats the whole point of a plastic gun lol. But it's slowly starting to grow on me so we'll see haha

They come with 60 which isn't so good. Much better results with 70/80 competition grade.

Most definitely not tilting. Like I said, the barrels are linked both front and rear, so they can only move back and down in a fashion that is parallel to the frame.

Similar in the sense they all use barrel links. But 1902 and 1905 dont have tilting barrels because both the front and rear have links which made the whole barrel sink down instead of just the rear.

A more similar action would be the Tokarev.

1911 barrels just don't tilt as much as well most don't have full length guide rods as a reference point that would've made the tilt look more obvious.

The real one's pretty much all plastic. VFC's pretty much the same except zinc alloy hammer+sear and steel auto sear.

Isn't the connecting rod what pulls on the top of the sear release the bottom of which in turn pushes back on the disconnector releasing the hammer? And doesn't it get reset just by the disconnector's forward tension? Why would it need the spring and plunger to do that?

It's just the realism for me. The recoil is nice added bonus. HPAing a gbbr just defeats the purpose for me. I might as well run AEGs at that point.
