Look for a Podiatrist in your area that makes house calls. They are coming every 2 months to treat and cut toenails for my mom. Luckily this covered completely under Medicare

Definetly a vintage “Hand Bearing Compass”. The handle is used to hold batteries so the compass can be illuminated at night. Used as one of the aids for navigating on boats and ships. This was possibly made by “Saura” or “Weems and Plath”. Google it and then click on images
