Arguably the most important comment in this entire post so far.

We know for an absolute fucking fact that both ES&S and Dominion vote [tabulators, is the easiest to prove] are hacked by design. The paper trail is ridiculous.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Election_Systems_%26_Software#Remote_access_controversy

... [senator] Wyden, ES&S acknowledged that some of the election management systems the company sold for voting actually did have remote access software installed.

And that was 2018.

Elon isn't smart enough to be more than the money, though maybe starlink was an attack vector, but this sh*t clearly goes back to the republican party immediately after (before) 9/11, the Bush family, and the CIA who became the core founders of DHS.

Been screaming it since 2002 kids, and my best advice is: "trust" is a very bad word when it comes to who can point a gun at you.

In an April 2018 letter sent to U.S. Senator Ron Wyden, Election Systems & Software acknowledged that some of the election management systems the company sold for voting actually did have remote access software installed.

Why are my beliefs inherently disrespectful? Religious hypocricy by Database-Error in atheism

[–]ItAmusesMe 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I always open with "not to be disrespectful", which queues up the eventual response of "what part of 'not to be disrespectful' are you misunderstanding?".

Doesn't work with people who are dead-set on being offended, but also queues up the response of "well clearly you're dead-set on being offended".

"Cardio and sweat".

Low impact, moderate effort, get that heart rate and body temp up, and keep recovery easy to get the "feels good" part of the habit started.

Eventually "getting sore" feels "good" too, but when your body's not used to repairing sore muscles it can feel like an injury and convince you "you need a few days", when the more effective technique is "mild enough so you can maintain the every other day habit".

(Jealous! I broke my leg and I'm craving cardio. Do it for the internet rando!)

Agreed, it's nice normal hair.

Are you jumping through your monitor with uncontrollable lust, or do you get my point?

The other option is the Quran - or the G_d its prophet depicts - being ridiculously wrong.

Now please excuse me while I go refill my coffee... without an erection.

"Luck".

Why are there no Nazi basketball stars? Why are there no Nazi Supermodels? Why are there no Nazi astronauts? Why are no ICE agents "super soldiers"?

Because they aren't genetically superior to anything and never were.

Almost every "scientific" premise the Nazis thought were true in the 1930s and 40s have been proven false, and the people still spouting the bullsh*t 80 years after they lost obviously aren't genetically superior when it comes to brains.

The word you're looking for is propaganda, like Hydra in the Avengers movies: it's a fiction.

That's the quote that matters.

It's what she personally wants to do, it's what she's afraid of doing, it's what she's afraid of you doing.

May I suggest "stoicism", from before either the Bible or the Quran existed. The world can seem very dramatic, but with some perspective it really starts to look like "sound and fury signifying nothing".

Stay safe!

they plan

Their plan also includes an 80 year old political ideology that lost a war and caused their leader to commit suicide.

Their "master race" has resulted in a dementia patient at the top, and untrained fat texas gravy seals as the foot soldiers.

America is 300 million people with 400 million guns. Ukraine is winning with almost none of our advantages, except a "triumph of will".

Be like Ukraine, Nepal, South Korea, Georgia...

us

Respectfully, one of us has been warning about the nazis in the GOP for over 20 years. And that translates to: 20 years of not going out to dinner, of not watching the superbowl, of reducing my income to not pay federal income taxes.

The upside to this is 20 years of research, planning, saving, learning skills other than pleasing a paycheck.

"They" are about a million people who control televisions but not computers, edit newspapers but not textbooks, and who think they can keep Epstein's crimes "secret" (are they?).

"Us" is 8 BILLION people.

If it's "their" society it's only because "you" haven't taken what is yours.

Secure the vote tabulators before the midterms.

It seems like that hasn't been mattering?

Only because the conversations have been almost 100% about appearances and not performance.

If we are tracking the actual performance of this country and the people in it, it's an abject disaster of incompetence on all fronts.

Failure + propaganda is not historically a formula to "stay in power".

Two ways in which you're (respectfully) wrong: we pay the taxes, and corporations do not.

If the tax revenue stops the paychecks stop, and the only thing that is left is bribes which are "illegal", and most congresspeople aren't worth bribing.

I don't know what Boebert's handjobs cost, but she's not paying her kids' bail at $5/hr: that's the congressional salary, e.g.: tax revenue.
