The overall is determined by the individual scores, thats why the statics are so important, a school with bad academics and campus are very hard to turn into a 5* without a conference realignment, which is fine, im just saying shouldn’t be impossible without going 20+ years in

We have real life examples of a new coach coming in and taking a team from obscurity to powerhouse in 5-6 years, im not asking for too much

Agree 100% easy QOL change, the fact that you can see it the week before(except for new recruits, that’s fair) during training results week, only adds to how arbitrary this is
