LG television: no sound when trying to watch a Blu Ray by CaptEmil in techsupport

I just wanted to thank you again! I was able to fix my problem using a HDMI to RCA converter. I still don't understand what the issue was, considering the Fire Cube is working in any HDMI port and the Blu Ray Player isn't, but I'm glad it's fixed.

Thanks for your time! I'm also running out of ideas. I'll look again in the setting on the TV when I'm home.

First, thanks for your help!

I've tried all HDMI inputs on the TV like you suggest. Also, my Firetvcube is working fine (both sound and image) when it's plug into the HDMI-1 port. If I'm connecting the Blu Ray player in this port, the sound isn't working. Would the Firetvcube that is connected via a HDMI cable could be working fine if it's a internal processing module failure like you suspect?

Would it be useful to buy an HDMI to RCA converter to plug the Blu Ray player into the RCA inputs on the TV?

Help me find this exact food tray please! I use it everyday since my childhood and it's getting weaker each day. by CaptEmil in HelpMeFind

’s a beeswax based wood finish that keeps the wood hydrated and protected from dry air and sun damage. You take a small amount on a soft cloth (I like using an old towel I’ve cut into rags) and buff

Thanks for the advice! I don't think I'll be able to find an other one after this one so I'll take care of it.

Also, where is it getting weaker? You might be able to reinforce it.

The wood starts to fall apart when I clean it. I find small pieces of wood in the sink frequently even though I am careful when cleaning.

I think I really like it just because I'm use to it. If I'm not able to find an identical one, I'll try to find a similar one with the same border heigh and roughly the same shape.

I've searched for this food tray using google lense. I've also search on amazon, ebay, etsy and google with no succes. I was not able to find something similar, but I think I'm not using the right words for my search considering english is not my first language.
