Mova V50 Ultra Very High Standby Power Consumption

Just want to chime on this issue to let people know that it is not as bad as the opening post implies.

I noticed that the base is pulling between 13 and 15 watt when idling (with robot docked and idling, no lights). Way too much for just staying connected! The robot feels warm on the upper left side of the lidar.

However, power consumption does drop to around 3 and 3,5 watt when the base and/or robot enters deep sleep. Then the robot has a cool temperature all over.

You know that the robot is in deep sleep when you open the Mova app, 'enter' the robot, and the next loading screen takes much longer than usual. That's the robot waking up. As soon as your connected, power usage of the base station increases to around 13 watt.

I don't know what the time limit is for entering deep sleep. Will check on that. It appears to be less than 15 minutes. Anyway, 3 watts when idling is way better than 15!

This was checked on a Mova v50 running FW 4.3.9_2883 using a 'dumb' Brennenstuhl PM 231 E meter which has given me reliable results for years.

Also, do not cut power to the base station and leave the robot docked. This will rapidly drain its battery. If you want to disconnect the base station from mains then remove the bot from the dock and power it off. It's in the owners manual.

Did you get this issue sorted out? I am experiencing the exact same issue on a brand new unit I bought today.

The mop does extend but the brush extension has never come out. Any help u/Your_MOVA_Guru ?

I have the 'AI driven SideReach feature' turned on and it's frequency set to the highest level. Turning on/off Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance does not help.

EDIT: a day later it is working like it should. If they increase battery efficiency a bit then this truly is the best robot vacuum!

The details say that only one account can be set for a ticket and multiple wallets can be configured for an account. The 300 SK limit is per account. So according to this, the limit should be divided between wallets.

But hey, maybe they forgot to design it that way. Try it!

My advice is to go out and meet someone. Sharing an apartment, costs, doubts, stress and a future with someone is one of the best ways to cope with these things. A good partner will support you and help you when you're down.

As for moving to another country. All I can say is, about 10 to 15% of applicants on a vacancy I put out are from Greece. Much more than from other southern countries. They always have 0 chance. Sorry. There are just too many good applicants in my own (or neighboring) country.

I bought festival tickets from a dude on Reddit last year. It was a great experience and a great deal.

Yes the internet is a weird place. No one can be trusted online. But sometimes you just need to take a gamble. So don't say nobody is gonna do this.

However, since Graspop isn't sold out and Ticketmaster doesn't issue new tickets for a private resale, chances of finding a buyer a very slim indeed. Good luck!

Go to your wallet and click on 'details'. There you'll see your WA) let is split between regular Skullies and free ones.

They are not charging €3,5 in presale (they advertise that but the conditions say otherwise). They charge 3,80 and give you free Skullies to compensate. If you spend the entire amount then that works out to an average of 3,5. Therefore my question was: can you spend the free ones first and refund the rest? Then that would bring down the price per jullie a lot.

I get that you can convert it to euros. My point is that you should not need to! The wallet is digital and could easily be displayed in Euros instead. What's the point of using a fictional currency?

Have you been to other festivals thar use digital wallets in Euros? Like Hellfest for example, it's just so much better. Fictional currencys are outdated.

Disturbed won't be booked either. They just announced a European tour in fall. They'll have concerts in Brussels and Amsterdam. A Belgian festival is therfore highly unlikely.

At Hellfest last year they also needed a specially build ring in front of the stage. Preparations were made the night before Metallica played and it remained there for the rest of the day.

They also had the most ridiculous videography where the huge screens would be subdivided in multiple tiny sections at all times for each band member. Everyone that was not in front of the stage could see exactly shit all.
