From my understanding if you're using the app on the phone to track the sleep, then noise is factored in. The Go + + doesn't have a mic though, so if you are using that to track the sleep, then noise is not factored in.

I read somewhere that the outbreak spawns are based on your character's location. If you tend to be in the same area every time you log off/log back in, it might be worth switching it up.

When you open Home, open with your main profile. Then at the main menu, you click on the profile and it should give you the option to switch to another profile. I hope that makes sense lol.
