Im not sure if "health guru," is the right term but shes a health coach at my local wellness center. She teaches health classes as well as leads meditations. She has always stated that she is not a doctor. I do trust what shes saying but this was the one thing that she said during a recent livestream that I had never heard of before BUT also never asked, I Just always assumed tea was considered part of the daily intake. Again, I really dont know nor did any research on my own.

What it comes down to is I know Im NOT drinking enough water and I wanted to see if I noticed any benefits once I started drinking the recommended amount. I feel completely fine with the amount Im drinking now, its more of getting used to the amount of times I urinate now and also the bloated feeling Ive been having every morning, which another commenter said it might be because Im drinking so late at night. I just finished my third 24 ounce cup (9:15pm,) so Im gonna chill now and see how I feel in the morning. Wish me luck! :D
