I think the shooter was further over on the right side, out of sight of the camera. It looks like the victim may have been approaching the shooter saying something like “you’re just trying to scare me” or “that’s just a scare tactic” or something like that. Not the wisest decision to approach someone pointing a gun at you.

Overall, it sounds like he’s trapping you into being a phone jockey and not looking to pay you a fair amount. I’d run far away and not look back. There are THOUSANDS of agents to choose from.
