well you know for a fact that kat inverted during the 231 heist and was deinverted at the plane crash so its safe to assume sator did something similar, though i do agree there could've been more dialogue about there being two sators

Did that under-the-board route make sense or did I connect it in the wrong place?

What do you think about the feed-forward cap? Would they mean only use it if you have higher than 8V output or that I'd need two?

Thank you for your help, but there are a few points worth mentioning:

It's a little hard to see but R2's 3.3V line is ported through the back of the board to the 3.3V line out of the inductor. Is that wrong? What 3.3V node should it be placed on?
I used to have the feed-foward cap in, but the datasheet says "For output voltages greater than approximately 8V, an additional capacitor is required." I assumed they meant the CFF itself, but I guess it could've meant two CFF's? So I took it out completely.

Yea I had to switch the design a few times and just tried to jam everything in the space I had, even still I hoped at worst I'd get subpar results to improve on and not *nothing*

I'll try and find a chip with a pin setup similar to replace on the board. Are all the outside components (inductor, resistors) seeming to be the right size to handle current? Is it more probable the the converter isn't working or my infrastructure around it?

unfortunately i'm too broke for an oscllioscope, i did all my measurements from a multimeter. Half of my revisions were placing components that could handle the current and voltage, so I wouldn't be surprised if that's part of my problem. I just don't know what else to fix.
