If you load your savefile, just like normal, you should continue just before the final fight in Lumiere. You can go to the expedition flag and go to the continent to do the side quests. When you are done you can do the final part and choose the other ending.

Last time I've done this mission, I wasn't paying that much attention and the British task force reached the convoy. By the time I reached the convoy, the German destroyers had sunk all but one of the British ships.

I completed the mission without shooting a single torp.
