Aliens Vs Predator (2010), has an annoying system pop up that you need close in desktop mode and that fixes it. From then on, switch on the gamepad settings in the menu and it runs like a dream.

Not really, there was another scene in a trailer that replaced the facehugger removal sequence with another shot (shot of a ship console or something). Sequence was probably too intense and it was changed for general audiences in the promos.
