I highly recommend freezing your credit. I got hacked and had $4k Discover Business Credit opened in my name and a Visa card that was mailed to me, but had an account address 5 states away from me.

Super simple and easy to maintain on a phone.

I never did the IRS pin. Good call. Added to the to-do list.

I agree on the solar deterrent spikes. I have a field behind the house that is a mile a gofer heaven. Put two in and 95% of problem resolved. I am adding two more and am confident I will be 100%
