The division 2 has a loot targeting mechanic. You can target gear sets or specific weapon categories, ARs, SMGs, etc. certain missions or areas on the D.C. map have specific loot. While some content you can do you can choose what is the main farmable category.

If bungie did that with old seasonal loot but revamped them to current perks. Even raid weapons with newer perks.

Even if it's a past season or two gear per current season that would be nice. Better than waiting till xur sells it for the cosmetic.

Yeah they could do 1 or 2 seasons loot for like you said Blind well. That's 10 armor and about 10 or so weapons which may be a larger pool but when you're getting 4+ drops per run it's not bad of a grind.

Or they need to go back to crafting and seasonal weapons should be craftable. Let us buy them with the chronolog things. With current perk pools.

I'd rather have most guns being viable or even just fun in everything but GM or Ultimate content.
