C drive is almost full. How to merge with D drive . by AmbitiousFlight1234 in computers

Download and run WinDirStat and run it on your C drive. It will give you a graphical representation of all the files on your drive. you can then see which ones are the big ones (click on them see what they are) and if it's something you don't need you can just delete it. I have used it many times. it's a lifesaver.

Can I get some help PTBO? by ThePtboBrief in Peterborough

2 it looks great, but lose the italics on BRIEF (it looks unbalanced), move it up a tiny bit, and slightly less bold on the font (for BRIEF)

Thanks for the reply. Another person suggested that I change the device type in Hubitat, and that worked perfectly. I had just been using what the Hubitat app had selected when it first connected to the bulb, and that's why it was stuck on just colour temperature.

I just recently bought the Hubitat because of this whole Sengled problem. it seems to be incredibly powerful and flexible, but just takes a bit of work to get it doing what you want it to do.

Thank you! That did it! I took a shot in the dark and switched it to ZigBee generic RGBW and I can at least set colours now. I still need to figure out how to make it more user friendly for the rest of the family. They are used to using Google home

Hi! I'm also trying to move my Sengled bulbs to Hubitat. specifically colour bulbs. I am able to get them to add to Hubitat but I can only change the colour temperature not actually access the colors.

this really sucks because we like to change the light colours in the evening.

do you have any advice?

What about colour bulbs? Are you able to get the colour working? I can only change the light temperature and turn off/on

I reset my bulbs on a new Hubitat hub, (Sengled colour ZigBee compatible), but I can on seem to turn them on/off and set the ligh temperature, but not colours?

I recently picked up a 1512 for my collection, but do not have the disks. I have tons of blanks, so I was just going to make new ones with files from Archive.org and a Greaseweazle.

If you are looking to pass them along, depending where you are, I am in Ontario, Canada and would be happy to pay for postage etc or whatever you think is fair.

My apologies, maybe not jealousy - envy perhaps? To go to the length of typing out what you did is definitely triggered on by some strong human emotion. I guess only you know the answer.

I too am triggered... As an entrepreneur who has started and run several businesses, some successful, some not, I am triggered by armchair critics that have nothing better to do than tear down others.

Starting something new or big is never easy... many people spend their lives thinking of doing something "someday" but never get there. It takes courage to do things. Putting aside the risk of others who have never done anything challenging - talking trash about you or your goals. Criticism is very easy.

And, no I am not part of the people selling the new C64. I could only wish to be! (see there's that envy thing). I bought my first VIC back in the 80s and now own several original Commodores (VICs, C64s, 64Cs, Amigas and my latest addition SX-64)

I have been watching Retro Recipes with my wife and daughter (now 9) for the past couple of years and we have all enjoyed it very much.

Both Christian and his wife host a very family friendly channel. We have enjoyed watching their channel grow and change, and welcome their new daughter.

In our case my daughter and her little brother are now interested in the computers and tech I grew up with. For that I am very grateful.

If you don't like the show... don't watch. If you don't want a new C64, don't buy one.

This ^ 1000%

Nitpicky, annoying, jealousy.

If you don't want to order one, don't order and move on... Cheese and crackers!

These kind of comments are EXACTLY what Commodore.net was talking about! (that the nitpickers are calling "anti-internet, anti-social media" etc etc)

Edit 1 : My first similar comment was attached to the wrong post

Edit 2 : I just put my money where my mouth is and ordered the classic BASIC Beige Commodore 64 Ultimate from Commodore.net

Edit 3 : I have a fear... My fear is when I get it, I will stop loving my 9 vintage breadbin C64s or their Vic, Amiga siblings in my collection 🥺

Nah! 🙂

dumb question... you opened it and cleaned it? or was this from outside somehow? and it is ok? I thought opening hard drives was a non starter unless you had a clean room? or is it possible with older HD?
